We do not collect or store payment card details on our site. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Service providers we use

- Mailchimp — to manage our email list and send emails. When you sign up, your name and email address are stored with Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- Stripe — to process payments securely for courses, programs, and digital downloads. Stripe handles your payment information directly under its own privacy and security standards. We do not store payment card details on our site.
- Calendly — to manage appointment booking for consultations. When you book through Calendly, your name, email address, and scheduling details are collected and stored by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
- Zoom — to deliver live coaching sessions and courses. Sessions conducted over Zoom are subject to Zoom's privacy policy. We do not record sessions without notice.
- Netlify — to host this website. Netlify may collect standard server logs including IP addresses and request information as part of normal hosting operations.
- Google Workspace — to manage business email communications via info@carlabarry.com and info@carlabarry.co. Email communications are stored and processed through Google's infrastructure.
These providers process information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies.
Students and minors
We ask that a parent or guardian review this policy and provide any sign-ups, payments, or personal information on a minor's behalf, and that minors use our services with parental knowledge and consent. We do not knowingly collect more personal information from a minor than is necessary to provide our services. If you believe a child has provided us information without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
